Kari's extensive experience allows her to handle a diverse range of transactions with knowledge and confidence. Her areas of expertise include Indian and private lease land, residential and multi-family transactions, vacant land, For Sale by Owner transactions, refinances, 1031 exchanges, and solar lease transfers. She is also well versed in the requirements surrounding foreign seller withholding, helping clients and industry professionals navigate these specialized considerations with care and attention to detail.
