Alina Chu, Escrow Officer at Peak Escrow, brings nearly four decades of escrow experience, extensive industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to client service. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships with real estate professionals and clients by providing thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and dependable service.

 

Alina previously owned and operated her own escrow company with her sister and business partners before its acquisition by Land America. She later joined Glen Oaks Escrow in 2010 and continued to expand her expertise in residential and commercial transactions, new construction, REOs, short sales, and complex escrows.

 

At Peak Escrow, Alina is dedicated to anticipating challenges, keeping transactions on track, and ensuring a smooth closing experience for every client. She is fluent in Spanish and Cantonese. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, golfing, and supporting the Lending Hope Foundation.
