Beginning her escrow career in 1996, Kristen quickly advanced to the position of Escrow Officer and consistently ranked among the top producers throughout her career. Her depth of knowledge and experience spans a wide range of complex real estate transactions, including residential and commercial sales, tax-deferred exchanges, reverse exchanges, condominium conversions and new condominium subdivisions.

 

Throughout her career, Kristen has been recognized for her technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex transactions while maintaining a strong focus on client service. She is particularly valued for her ability to remain calm and steady under pressure, even when managing demanding timelines, complicated transactions, and unexpected challenges. Her thoughtful and solutions-oriented approach allows her to identify potential issues, develop practical solutions, and provide clear guidance that helps keep transactions moving smoothly toward a successful closing.

 

Kristen is committed to continuous professional development and received her certification from the California Escrow Association in 2004. In addition to her work as an Escrow Officer, she has extensive experience in leadership, team development, training, and process improvement. She has mentored and trained escrow officers, escrow assistants, and entire teams, providing guidance on transaction details, escrow procedures, team structure, workflow, systems, and the management responsibilities associated with running a successful escrow operation.

 

After more than two decades as an active Escrow Officer, Kristen transitioned into a management role, where she successfully developed and supported a team of escrow officers and escrow professionals. She strategically divided her escrow desk among multiple escrow officers, providing ongoing mentorship, guidance, and oversight while empowering each member of her team to grow and succeed. Under her leadership, the team continued to thrive, consistently perform at a high level, and consistently rank as top producers.
